RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At IGNIS, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Due to the nature of haircare and grooming products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is faulty or damaged.

How to Request a Return Email us at spicycutsbarbershop@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
