SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer calculated shipping rates at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times are 2–7 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping We ship internationally to selected countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Estimated delivery times are 7–21 business days depending on the destination country.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at spicycutsbarbershop@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
